  • Fix test profile when running nextflow run pgscatalog/pgsc_calc
    • Temporary fix for test profile is to use JSON input and fetch files remotely
    • Update pytest-workflow tests to remove -profile test
  • Change standard test action to use nextflow run pgscatalog/pgsc_calc -r <branch> to catch problems like this in the future
  • Update report image tag
